摘 要:切削液是机械切削加工过程中非常重要的配套材料,近年来,切削液行业呈现出由油基切削液向水基切削液转变的趋势,环境友好型水基切削液成为切削液发展的一个重要方向。聚亚烷基二醇由于其优异的润滑性能和低毒作为水基切削液的润滑剂具有很广阔的发展前景。以聚亚烷基二醇为润滑剂配制了3种全合成切削液,并根据国标GB/T6144—2010对其性能进行评价,进行了切削试验,验证其加工性能。Cutting fluid is a very critical accessorial material during the process of metalworking.Recently,water-based cutting fluid is more prevalent than the traditional oil-based cutting fluid.It is found in research work that the environment friendly water-based cutting fluid becomes more and more popular.Due to the superior property of polyalkylene glycol,it is full of promise when it is used as the lubricant of environment friendly water-based cutting fluid.This paper develops a prescription of synthetic coolant with polyalkylene glycol as lubricant and evaluates its physical and chemical properties according to GB/T6144-2010.Its processing performance is proved in the cutting test.
