摘  要:针对某大型设备的使用要求和精度指标,对其旋转组件及配套的驱动、测量系统进行设计,包括回转轴系、消隙机构和回转角位移测量系统。采用锥面消差轴承、光栅读数头调整装置的新型结构,解决回转轴挠度变形和轴线偏差大、回转精度低、光栅读数头丢数等难题,提高旋转组件的形位精度和回转精度。实际使用情况表明旋转组件的设计满足设备精度要求,为其他大型设备的设计提供参考。According to the requirements and accuracy specifications of a large equipment,the rotary assembly,supplementary drive and measuring system are designed,including rotary shaft,anti-backlash mechanism and measuring system for angle displacement.Cone extinction difference bearing and adjusting means of raster scanning head are used in this paper.To solve the problems,such as great deflection of the rotary shaft and axis deviation,low motion accuracy,lost several data of grating and so on.The result in the practice shows that the design of the rotary assembly satisfies its accuracy.A referenced is given to other large non-standard equipment desigh.
