摘 要:针对电力变压器遭遇短路故障时绕组变形问题,采用一种基于有限元的场路耦合研究方法,通过在有限元软件中建模,利用场路耦合方法获取变压器的短路电流、磁场分布,继而计算出绕组短路时辐向电磁力,然后按照绕组的实际参数进行结构屈曲分析,研究绕组辐向稳定性问题。以一台500 k VA的三相铁芯式配电变压器为例进行分析,结果表明,低压绕组在短路时承受较大的辐向电磁力,当该力超出临界屈曲值时绕组发生形变甚至绝缘层破坏,缩短电力变压器使用寿命。研究方法和结果对变压器绕组变形等相关研究具有一定实际意义。Aiming at the winding deformation when the transformer suffers from short circuit faults,the method based on a coupled field-circuit of finite element was used.The short-circuit current and magnetic field distribution of the transformer were achieved by modeling in the finite-element software and using field-circuit method.The radial electromagnetic force was calculated when the windings encountered the short-circuit fault by the magnetic field distribution.Then the bucking analysis of structure was carried out according to the actual parameters of windings to study the radial stability problem of windings.The 500 kVA distribution transformer with three-phase cores was researched and analyzed as an example.The research result shows that the winding of low voltage is bored by a larger radial electromagnetic force when the short-circuit fault occurs,and if the force exceeds the value of critical buckling,the winding will be deformed and the insulation layer will be destroyed so that the life of transformer will be shorten.The research method and the re
