摘 要:大规模风电接入后,因其波动性、随机性和反调峰性,给电网的安全稳定运行带来了不利影响。研究发现:电网的等效功角可以衡量不同负荷水平下电网的整体静态功角安全裕度,等效功角越小,电网的静态功角安全裕度越大,电网的潮流分布越均衡,网损越小。基于此,提出含风电的电网安全经济综合优化模型,综合考虑火电机组的环境效益和风电的不同成本。IEEE 39节点系统算例分析表明:该模型可以有效应对风功率波动,与传统经济优化相比,提高了电网安全性,且较好地兼顾了环境保护,对含大型风电场的电网调度运行具有指导意义。With the large-scale wind power integrating,its volatility,randomness and inverse peak load characteristics influence the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The previous studies show that the equivalent power angle of grid can measure the integral static power angle safety margin under different load levels.The grid equivalent power angle is smaller,and the integral static power angle safety margin is bigger.Meanwhile,the more balanced power flow distribution and the smaller network loss.On the basis,a power grid security economic comprehensive optimization model of wind power was proposed in this paper,and the thermal unit environmental effects and the different wind power costs had been comprehensively taken into account.The IEEE 39-bus system example analysis shows that the model can effective response to wind power fluctuations,and improve the power grid security.It is environment-friendly.The research has practical guidance to grid dispatch operation with large-scale wind farm.
