摘 要:以采集于甘肃省定西市陇西县的黄花草木樨种子为材料,研究了98%浓硫酸处理下去皮与未去皮的草木樨种子的萌发特性,以此确定黄花草木樨种子解除休眠的最适条件。结果表明:98%浓硫酸处理下,浸泡10、20、30和40 min均提高了草木樨种子的发芽率和发芽指数,其中30 min处理下的去皮草木樨种子发芽率和发芽指数最高,约为未去皮草木樨种子的2倍。说明解除草木樨种子硬实率的最佳方法为对其进行去皮处理,并于98%浓硫酸浸泡30 min。In order to determine the optimum condition for Melilotus officinalis seeds to break dormancy,the seeds of M.officinalis from Longxi county,Dingxi,peeled or unpeeled but exposed to 98%H2SO4 were selected.The results showed that the germination rate and germination index of M.officinalis seeds were promoted when exposed to 98%H2SO4 for 10,20,30,and 40 minutes.The germination rate and germination index of peeled seeds treated with 98%H2SO4 for 30 min were nearly 2 times higher than those of the unpeeled seeds.The results indicated that the best way to break hard seed was to use peeled seeds treated by 98%H2SO4 for 30 minutes.
