摘  要:采用二次饱和D-最优设计,研究三种土壤处理除草剂配施剂量对花生田杂草干重和荚果产量的影响。结果表明:三种除草剂单施时显著影响杂草干重和荚果产量,影响作用大小依次为235g·L^(-1)乙氧氟草醚EC>330g·L^(-1)二甲戊灵EC>960g·L^(-1)精异丙甲草胺EC;在低浓度水平时,随除草剂施用剂量增加,杂草干重逐渐降低,而荚果产量逐渐提高。三种除草剂配施时,杂草干重最低值319.00kg·hm^(-2),最优配施组合为960g·L^(-1)精异丙甲草胺EC 865.92g·hm^(-2)+330g·L^(-1)二甲戊灵EC 693.31g·hm^(-2)+235g·L^(-1)乙氧氟草醚EC 120.35g·hm^(-2);花生荚果产量最高为4338.88kg·hm^(-2),最优配施组合为960g·L^(-1)精异丙甲草胺EC 852.44g·hm^(-2)+330g·L^(-1)二甲戊灵EC 725.66g·hm^(-2)+235g·L^(-1)乙氧氟草醚EC 137.98g·hm^(-2)。本试验条件下,三种除草剂配施杂草干重≤600kg·hm^(-2)、荚果产量≥4000kg·hm^(-2)的最优配施剂量组合为:960g·L^(-1)精异丙甲草胺EC 644.06~808.74g·hm^(-2)、330g·L^(-1)二甲戊灵EC 701.66~866.41g·hm^(-2)、235g·L^(-1)乙氧氟草醚EC 111.04~137.11g·hm^(-2)。A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of three soil-applied herbicide dosages on dry weight of weed yield and pod yield of peanut in field by using the quadratic saturation D-optimization design.The results indicated that the dry weight of weed and pod yield of peanut were significantly affected by independent variables,and dry weight of weed and pod yield of peanut were target variables,respectively.In descending order,the effect of three kinds of soil-applied herbicide on the yield was 235g·L-1 oxyfluorfen EC>330g·L-1 pendimethalin EC>960g·L-1 s-metolachlor EC.Under the low level conditions of herbicide dosage,the dry weight of weed decreased with herbicide dosage,but on the contrary the pod yield of peanut increased.When mixed with 960g·L-1 s-metolachlor EC 865.92g/ha+330g·L-1 pendimethalin EC 693.31g/ha+235g·L-1 oxyfluorfen EC 120.35g/ha,the dry weight of weed was the lowest,only 319.00kg/ha.But when mixed with 960g·L-1 s-metolachlor EC 852.44g/ha+330g·L-1 pendimethalin EC 725.66g/ha+235g·L-1 oxyfluorfen EC 137.98g/ha,the pod yield was the highest,reach up to 4338.88kg/ha.The optimal combination of dosages were 644.06~808.74g/ha of 960g·L-1 s-metolachlor EC+701.66~866.41g/ha of 330g·L-1 pendimethalin EC+111.04~137.11g/ha of 235g·L-1 oxyfluorfen EC,which made the dry weight of weed less than 600kg/ha and the pod yield higher than 4000 kg/ha.
