摘 要:花生是山东省主要油料作物、经济作物和出口创汇作物,花生生产肩负着持续增产保障油脂安全、节本降耗增加农民收入、保护环境实现农业可持续发展等多重任务和压力。依赖于过量化肥、农药等投入品来提高和维持产量的传统模式,不仅影响花生生产投产比,同时对环境和产品安全带来不利影响,已成为花生生产持续健康发展的主要障碍因素,未来花生生产要摒弃以往"产量至上"的生产理念,实施产量、效益、环境、产品安全协调统一的理想农业生产模式。本文基于这一思路,结合省情和花生生产优势及存在的问题,提出了"一深、两减、三加快"的实现山东花生生产可持续健康发展的基本对策,以期为山东及同类地区花生生产提供参考。Peanut as the main oil crop,economic crop and export crop in Shandong province,plays important roles in ensuring the safety of oil production,increasing the farmers'income,and protecting the environmental sustainable development.Because of the long-term excessive inputs of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,the production and investment ratio for peanut is dropping,which brings the risks of environment and product safety.The high input already becomes the main obstacle factor restricting the sustainable healthy development of peanut production.The present peanut production concept yield first should be returned to the ideal agricultural production modes with overall consideration of production,benefit,environment and product safety in future.Based on the ideal agricultural production modes,combining with the provincial conditions and advantages and problems of peanut production,this study puts forward the main tasks and measures of One Deep,Two Decrease,Three Speed Up for peanut production in Shandong province,which could provide the basis for sustainable and healthy development of peanut production in Shandong and the similar planting areas.
