中药针刺综合方案治疗中风病急性期临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药针刺综合方案治疗中风病急性期的临床疗效。方法方便选取86例该院于2016年3月—2017年2月所收治的中风病急性期患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施中药针刺综合方案进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的意识障碍程度及病损程度变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前GCS评分分别为(12.08±3.37)分、(12.14±2.86)分,治疗后分别为(14.21±6.15)分、(14.77±4.68)分,组间比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前NIHSS评分分别为(7.89±2.95)分、(7.88±2.12)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后分别为(6.53±2.24)分、(5.61±2.27)分,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药针刺综合方案治疗中风病急性期有利缓解患者意识障碍,且相比于单纯西医治疗,其在减轻患者病损程度方面的治疗效果更优,有利患者机体功能的恢复,值得在临床当中推广应用。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute stroke.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute stroke in this hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine and the control group on the basis of the control group,received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture comprehensive program for treatment,before and after treatment,the degree of disturbance of consciousness and changes in the degree of lesions of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results GCS score before treatment in both groups,respectively were(12.08±3.37)points,(12.14±2.86)points,respectively after treatment(14.21±6.15)points,(14.77±4.68)points,comparison between groups were no significant differences(P>0.05);NIHSS score before treatment in both groups,respectively(7.89±2.95)points,(7.88±2.12)points points,between groups was no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment respectively(6.53±2.24)points,(5.61±2.27)points,observation group was better than control group,with a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture comprehensive program for the treatment of stroke in the acute phase of the patient to ease the disturbance of consciousness,and compared to the simple Western medicine treatment,the degree of disease in patients with reduced treatment of better results,favorable patient function recovery,it is worth to promote in the clinical application.
