自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的25例有面部年轻化及轮廓重塑需求的患者作为研究对象,在该院伦理委员会及患者知情同意下均实施自体脂肪移植,分析其临床应用效果。结果 25例患者并发症发生率12%;面部整体美容效果满意度96%;皮肤指标中水分评分、弹性评分由自体脂肪移植前的(25.88±1.12)分、(43.20±1.15)分提高至(52.88±1.20)分、(62.78±1.12)分,而油脂评分、暗斑评分则由(70.95±1.05)分、(61.45±1.10)分降低至(41.85±1.10)分、(42.15±1.08)分,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量中躯体功能、躯体角色、躯体疼痛、总健康、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康8个维度评分由自体脂肪移植前(14.77±1.13)分、(5.29±0.31)分、(8.89±0.41)分、(18.41±1.20)分、(20.28±1.02)分、(6.64±0.26)分、(4.10±0.23)分、(22.88±1.22)分提高至移植后(25.88±1.12)分、(7.29±0.30)分、(11.25±0.38)分、(23.34±1.16)分、(23.10±1.00)分、(8.77±0.33)分、(5.77±0.20)分、(28.49±1.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在面部年轻化及轮廓重塑中自体脂肪移植可取得理想的临床应用效果,值得将其作为优选方案推广使用。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling.Methods Twenty-five patients from February 2016 to February 2017 admitted to the Dalian Central Hospital in want of facial rejuvenation and contour resurfacing were convenient selected as the research objects.Autologous fat transplantation was performed under the informed consent of the ethical committee and the patient.Its clinical application effect was analyzed.Results 25 cases of patients were with a complication rate of 12%,the effect of the overall facial cosmetic satisfaction index score of 96%;and the skin moisture and elasticity score increased to(52.88±1.20)points,(62.78±1.12)points from(25.88±1.12)points,(43.20±1.15)points after the autologous fat transplantation,while the fat score and dark spot score reduced to(41.85±1.10)points,(42.15±1.08)points from(70.95±1.05)points,(61.45±1.10)points.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);8 indicators of the quality of life in physical function,physical role,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional role,mental health were changed by the autologous fat transplantation from(14.77±1.13)points,(5.29±0.31)points,(8.89±0.41)pointspoints,(18.41±1.20)points,(20.28±1.02)points,(6.64±0.26)points,(4.10±0.23)points and(22.88±1.22)points to(25.88±1.12)points,(7.29±0.30)points,(11.25±0.38)points,(23.34±1.16)points,(23.10±1.00)points,(8.77±0.33)points,(5.77±0.20)points and(28.49±1.31)points respectively,so the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation can achieve the ideal clinical effect in facial rejuvenation and contour remodeling,and it is worth being used as a preferred scheme.
