退黄洗剂治疗新生儿黄疸的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对新生儿黄疸采用退黄洗剂治疗的临床效果进行探析。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院儿科诊治的94例患有黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分成研究组和对比组,各47例;对比组采取常规西医治疗,研究组同时联用退黄洗剂治疗,连续治疗3~5 d,对比两组患儿临床疗效和退黄时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.9%,优于对比组的83.0%(P<0.05);研究组胆红素恢复正常水平时间为(5.22±1.57)d,短于对比组的(6.47±1.19)d,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗中均未出现严重不良反应。结论在新生儿黄疸治疗中应用中药退黄洗剂可有效提升疗效,改善患儿症状,促进康复,且安全性高,有着重要的临床价值。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of back yellow lotion in treating neonatal jaundice.Methods 94 neonates with jaundice diagnosed and treated in this hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were convenient selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group by digital table method,with 47 cases in each group.For 3 to 5 d,the control group was treated with routine western medicine,and at the same time,the patients in study group were treated with back yellow lotion.to compare the curative effect and the time of removing yellowing between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.9%in the study group,which was better than 83.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The bilirubin recovery time in the study group was(5.22±1.57)d,shorter than that in the control group(6.47±1.19)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and there were no severe adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of both groups.Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal jaundice,the application of traditional Chinese medicine to excretion of yellow extract can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms of children and promote rehabilitation,and has high safety and important clinical value.
