摘 要:目的探讨脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床疗效。方法随机选取2012年6月—2017年6月该院收治的160例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为实验组(脊柱微创手术,80例)和对照组(保守治疗,80例),观察实验组手术结果,对比评价两组疗效。结果实验组手术成功率100%,患者术后VAS(1.5±0.4)分,ODI(9.6±1.8)分,椎体前缘高度(25.7±2.1)mm,椎体中部高度(25.8±2.4)mm,Cobb角(9.4±3.8)°,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折效果确切,安全可靠,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods According to the different treatment methods,160 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were random selection and divided into experimental group(minimally invasive spine surgery,80 cases)and control group(conservative treatment,80 cases).The results of the experimental group were observed.The efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The success rate of operation in the experimental group was 100%.The postoperative VAS(1.5±0.4)points,ODI(9.6±1.8)points,vertebral anterior height(25.7±2.1)mm,central vertebral height(25.8±2.4)mm,Cobb angle(9.4±3.8)°,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for osteoporotic vertebral fractures is effective,safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
