蒙古族地区糖缺失转铁蛋白的参考值范围的确定

摘　　要：目的调查蒙古族地区(内蒙古通辽地区)健康人群血清糖缺失转铁蛋白(CDT)的参考值范围。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月该院体格检查和实验室检查均无异常的健康人群共计711名,对其按年龄进行分组,共分6组,采用西门子公司测定仪以乳胶增强散射比浊法测定血清糖缺失转铁蛋白蛋白水平,并利用百分位数法(P2.5~P97.5)确定医学参考值范围。结果正常男性各年龄段的正常参考值两两相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常女性各年龄段的正常参考值两两相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);因此女性有必要按年龄分组分别确定的医学参考值:18~29岁为39.05(21.03~74.19)mg/L,30~39岁为40.00(22.64~85.66)mg/L,40~49岁为38.80(21.79~66.88)mg/L,50~59岁为33.25(21.38~68.55)mg/L,60~69岁为34.00(21.40~77.59)mg/L,70岁以上为32.70(22.40~64.90)mg/L。结论对于男性患者不需要按年龄划分来分别确定CDT的参考值范围,对于女性患者按年龄划分区间,不同年龄段对应的医学参考值是差异有统计学意义的,因此可供临床参考。Objective This paper tries to investigate the reference range of the Mongolian region(Inner Mongolia Tongliao)health human serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin(CDT).Methods Healthy people from January 2015 to January 2017 in the hospital physical examination and laboratory examination showed no abnormality of a total of 711,the group by age,were divided into 6 groups,determination of serum carbohydrate deficient transferrin protein levels by latex enhanced turbidimetric method using the scattering of SIEMENS company,and using the percentile method(P2.5~P97.5)to determine medical reference range.Results There was no significant difference in the normal reference value of normal men in every two years(P>0.05).The normal reference values of normal women in each age group were statistically significant(P<0.05);therefore,it was necessary for women to determine the medical reference values by age group respectively:39.05(21.03~74.19)mg/L at 18~29 years old,40.00(22.64~85.66)mg/L at 30~39 years old,38.80(21.79~66.88)mg/L at 40~49,33.25(21.38~68.55)mg/L at 50~59,34.00(21.40~77.59)mg/L at 60~69,over 70 was 32.70(22.40~64.90)mg/L.Conclusion For male patients,it is not necessary to determine the reference range of CDT according to age.For female patients according to age interval,the corresponding medical reference value of different age groups is statistically significant,so it can be used for clinical reference.
