护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察探讨护理干预在腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌中应用的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年9月收治的卵巢癌患者67例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组34例,对照组33例,观察比较两组患者对护理的满意程度和并发症的发生率。结果观察组的护理满意度为94.1%高于对照组的69.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后的不良反应和并发症发生率观察组为8.8%也明显低于对照组的27.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对在腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌患者进行综合护理干预能减少患者出现不良反应和并发症的几率,有很好的临床效果,并且一定程度上缓解了患者的心理压力,提高患者恢复程度,是一种有效的护理措施,具有广阔的临床应用前景。Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for early ovarian cancer.Methods 67 ovarian cancer patients admitted to this hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were conveniently divided into observation group and control group,of which 34 cases in observation group and 33 cases in control group were observed and compared the satisfaction degree and the incidence of complications.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.1%,higher than 69.7%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative adverse reactions and complication rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(8.8%vs 27.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with early ovarian cancer during laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications in patients with good clinical results and to some extent alleviate the psychological pressure of patients to improve the degree of patient recovery.It is kind of effective nursing measures and should have broad clinical application prospect.
