基于鼻中隔后动脉的改良Millard术式在双侧完全性唇裂中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于鼻中隔后动脉的改良Millard术式治疗双侧完全性唇裂畸形的临床疗效。方法方便选择2015年1月—2016年12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院口腔科收治的双侧完全性唇裂患儿13例,基于鼻中隔后动脉为解剖学基础的改良Millard法,根据双侧完全性唇裂及鼻唇畸形的严重程度来决定是否对术式进行改良,依据个体差异设计不同的操作细节进行修复。结果 13例患儿均为一期愈合,随访3、6个月和(或)12个月,唇、鼻部外形随着颌面部的生长发育而得到改善。结论应用改良Millard方法修复双侧完全性唇裂,是一种综合修复的良好方法。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of modified Millard surgical treatment of bilateral complete cleft lip deformity based on posterior nasal septum artery.Methods 13 cases of children with bilateral complete cleft lip were convenient selected from January 2015 and December 2016 in this hospital.Based on the modified Millard method,based on the post-septum artery,and the severity of the bilaterally consistent lip and nose deformities to determine whether or not to modify the procedure,to design the procedure to repair the procedure in a different way.Results All were in primary healing,lips and nose shape with the maxillofacial growth were improved,the long-term effect was considerable when follow-up of patients for three months and six months and(or)twelve months.Conclusion Improved Millard method applied to repair bilateral complete cleft lip,is a good method of maintaining dynamic effect.
