松动基牙固定修复在牙周炎基牙保护中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析松动基牙固定修复在牙周炎基牙保护中的临床疗效。方法分析该院2012年2月—2013年4月收治的牙周炎患者80例,所有患者给予铸造或是弯制支架史可摘的局部义齿,并结合牙周炎修复的方法和原则,对缺失牙和松动牙进行修复和固定。结果患者经过4年的复查,患者1~2年基牙健康率是91.2%,义齿功能1~2年恢复良好率是90.0%。结论选择固定义齿修复可以有效改善患者牙周炎问题,促进患者义齿功能的恢复,保护基牙健康。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical efficacy of loose abutment fixation in the protection of periodontitis.Methods 80 patients with periodontitis treated in this hospital from February 2012 to April 2013 were analyzed.All patients were treated with partial dentures of cast or curved scaffolds.Combined with the methods and principles of periodontitis repair,the missing teeth and loose teeth were repaired and fixed.Results After 4 years of review,the patient’s health rate was 91.2%,and the recovery rate of denture for one to two years was 90.0%.Conclusion The choice of fixed denture repair can effectively improve the problem of periodontitis in patients,which can promote the recovery of functional denture in patients,and protect the health of abutments.
