普米克令舒雾化吸入在显微镜下低温等离子小儿鼾症术后的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普米克令舒雾化吸入在显微镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术后的临床疗效。方法方便选取2012年6月—2016年6月在该院耳鼻喉科行腺样体切除治疗的90例患者随机分为两组,对照组单用显微镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术治疗,观察组在此基础上辅助普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的82.22%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咽喉部疼痛、水肿评分分别为(0.9±0.8)分、(1.0±0.7)分明显低于对照组,而创面愈合时间(7.8±1.6)d、住院时间(7.2±1.4)d明显较对照组短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.67%明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入在显微镜下低温等离子腺样体切除术后的临床疗效确切,有利于术后咽喉部疼痛、水肿的快速消退,促进创面愈合,具有积极的临床意义。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of pulmicort respirator inhalation under the microscope after low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing adenoidectomy in the department of ENT from June 2012 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with low temperature plasma adenoidectomy under microscope,on the basis of this,the observation group assisted Pulmicort inhalation therapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic efficiency of observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 82.22%in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Observation group after treatment of throat pain,edema scores respectively(0.9±0.8)points,(1.0±0.7)points,significantly lower than the control group,the wound healing time,length of hospital stay(7.8±1.6)d,(7.2±1.4)d,significantly shorter than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications of observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect pulmicort respiration inhalation under the microscope after low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy is exact,which is conducive to postoperative laryngeal pain,rapid edema and promote wound healing,with a positive clinical significance.
