摘　　要：目的探讨在临床检验中乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性的临床应用价值。方法该文方便选择于2016年8月—2017年8月期间收治的80例乙肝患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将其分为检测组与参照组,各40例。其中参照组患者实施常规检测,检测组采取乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性检测,比较两组患者检测结果的准确性。结果检测组患者ALT≥40占57.5%及AST<37占87.5%明显高于参照组的7.5%与10.0%且临床诊断的总有效率为97.5%明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原具有检测方法操作简单、费用低以及检测准确率较高特点,对乙肝患者的临床诊断具有一定的临床价值。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical value of hepatitis B virus S1 antigen positive in clinical examination.Methods 80 cases of hepatitis B patients who were treated in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were conveniently selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the test group and the control group,each with 40 cases.Among them,the patients in the control group underwent routine testing,and the test group received positive detection of S1 antigen before hepatitis B virus,and the accuracy of the results of the two groups of patients were compared.Results In the test group,57.5%of ALT≥40 and 87.5%of AST<37 were significantly higher than 7.5%and 10.0%of the control group and the total effective rate of clinical diagnosis was 97.5%,which was significantly better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and high detection accuracy,and has certain clinical value for the clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B virus.
