参芪扶正注射液防治化疗后白细胞下降的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液防治化疗后白细胞下降的治疗效果,为以后的临床用药提供一定的参考价值。方法随机抽取该院于2016年4月—2017年4月收治的127例癌症化疗后患者,随机分成观察组64例,对照组63例。观察组患者在对照组给予重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液治疗的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液,比较两组患者治疗后的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后观察组的患者显效29例,有效30例,总有效率为92.19%,对照组患者显效20例,有效25例,总有效率为71.43%,经χ~2检验,两组患者的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者中性粒细胞恢复时间(7.5±2.5)d明显少于对照组患者(12.5±3.5)d,观察组患者感染率1.56%(1例)明显低于对照组患者9.52%(6例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癌症化疗后的患者采用参芪扶正注射液进行治疗,患者的治疗效果较好,白细胞恢复速度快,感染率低,值得在以后的临床工作中加以推广应用。Objective To study the effect of shenqi fuzheng injection in preventing and controlling the neutropenia after the chemotherapy and provide a certain reference value for the future medication.Methods 127 cases of cancer patients in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 63 cases were treated with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating Factor injection,while the observation group with 64 cases added the shenqi fuzheng injection on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,in the observation group,29 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective and the total treatment effective rate was 92.19%,in the control group,20 cases were markedly effective and 25 cases were effective and the total effective rate was 71.43%,and theχ2 test showed that the difference in the total treatment effective rate between the two groups was obvious(P<0.05),and the recovery time of neutrophile granulocyte in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(7.5±2.5)d vs(12.5±3.5)d],and the infection rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(1.56%vs 9.52%,1 case vs 6 cases),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of shenqi fuzheng injection in preventing and controlling the neutropenia after the chemotherapy is better with rapid recovery rate of leukocyte and low infection rate,and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
