低浓度罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰麻在剖宫产术的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术中应用低浓度罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰麻的效果。方法采用数字随机法将方便选取的该院2014年1月—2017年6月行剖宫产术的产妇106名分为对照组和实验组各53名,对照组行2 mL0.75%罗哌卡因腰麻,实验组行5 mL 0.2%罗哌卡因+2μg舒芬太尼腰麻,评估两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果 (1)实验组麻醉优良率98.11%显著高于对照组84.91%(P<0.05);(2)实验组麻醉后心率(87.28±9.76)次/min、平均动脉压(78.14±9.23)mmHg均优于对照组(93.97±11.05)次/min、(64.58±8.48)mmHg(P<0.05);(3)实验组不良反应发生率11.32%显著低于对照组32.07%(P<0.05)。结论低浓度罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼腰麻在剖宫产术中麻醉效果确切,且安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect of low-concentration ropivacaine combined with sufentanil lumbar anesthesia in the cesarean section.Methods 106 cases of delivery women with cesarean section in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 53 cases in each,the control group adopted the 2 mL 0.75%ropivacaine lumbar anesthesia,while the experimental group adopted the 5 mL 0.2%ropivacaine and 2μg sufentanil lumbar anesthesia,and the anesthesia effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The anesthesia excellent and good rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(98.11%vs 84.91%)(P<0.05),while the heart rate after anesthesia and MAP in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,[(87.28±9.76)times/min,(78.14±9.23)mmHg vs(93.97±11.05)times/min,(64.58±8.48)mmHg](P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(11.32%vs 32.07%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low-concentration ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil lumbar anesthesia in the cesarean section is definite,with high safety,and it is worth reference.
