健康教育在老年高血压临床护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在老年高血压临床护理中的应用价值。方法该次方便选取该院住院部(2016年3月—2017年4月)收治的40例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,分为两组,可按照护理方法的不同,即对照组(常规护理干预)20例、观察组(健康教育干预)20例,并对两组患者的生活质量、血压相关知识知晓度进行观察和评价。结果观察组患者的生活质量,身体功能(92.36±6.05)分、角色功能(93.20±6.28)分、情绪功能(89.45±3.21)分、社会功能(93.10±5.30)分优于对照组数据(P<0.05);观察组患者的血压相关知识知晓度药物知识(19.25±0.56)分、血压正常值(19.21±0.52)分、饮食知识(18.25±1.35)分、急救知识(18.05±1.45)分、注意事项(18.01±1.42)分、总分(95.47±28.62)分与对照组相比,观察组明显处于优势(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在老年高血压临床护理中效果显著,不仅可以提高患者的疾病相关知识认知度,并且还能对其生活质量起到改善作用,值得应用和推广。Objective To observe the application value of health education in clinical nursing of senile hypertension.Methods 40 cases of senile hypertension patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods with 20 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted the health education intervention,and the quality of life,blood pressure related knowledge awareness rate of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The quality of life scores including the physical function,role function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were respectively(92.36±6.05)points,(93.20±6.28)points,(89.45±3.21)points and 93.10±5.30)points,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the awareness rate of blood pressure related knowledge(drug knowledge,blood pressure normal value,dieting knowledge,emergency knowledge,notes and total score)in the observation group were respectively(19.25±0.56)points,(19.21±0.52)points,(18.25±1.35)points,(18.05±1.45)points,(18.01±1.42)points,(95.47±28.62)points,which were worse than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education in senile hypertension patients is obvious,which can not only improve the recognition degree of disease related knowledge and improve the quality of life,and it is worth application and promotion.
