摘　　要：目的观察各基因型乳腺癌C-kit的表达情况,探讨C-kit检验的临床意义。方法随机选取福州市第一医院2014年1月—2016年2月间收治的乳腺浸润癌患者200例作为样本,对具有完整资料乳腺浸润癌患者标本进行ER、PR、HER-2、CK5/6、EGFR检测,并选取100例患者给予Gleevec靶向治疗。观察各基因型乳腺癌C-kit的表达情况,观察Gleevec靶向治疗的临床疗效。结果肿瘤直径≤2 cm、无淋巴结转移、乳腺癌分期为1期与2期、乳腺癌分级为1级者,C-kit的阳性表达率更高。给予Gleevec靶向治疗,有效率为67.0%。结论临床可采用C-kit检验的方法,对患者的病情加以评估,以为疾病治疗方案的制定提供参考,使疾病治疗的有效率得以提升,使乳腺癌患者的寿命得以延长。Objective This paper tries to observe the expression of C-kit in breast cancer of different genotypes and to explore the clinical significance of C-kit test.Methods 200 patients with invasive breast cancer treated in the First Hospital of Fujian from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the samples.ER,PR,HER-2,CK5/6 and EGFR were detected in patients with invasive breast cancer with complete data,and 100 patients were treated with Gleevec targeted therapy to observe the expression of C-kit in various genotypes of breast cancer and to observe the clinical efficacy of Gleevec targeted therapy.Results The tumor diameter less than 2 cm,lymph node metastasis,staging of breast cancer was stage 1 and 2,grade 1 of breast cancer,the positive expression rate of C-kit was higher.The effective rate of Gleevec targeted therapy was 67.0%.Conclusion Clinical C-kit test can be used to evaluate the patient’s condition,and to provide reference for the formulation of disease treatment program,so that the effective rate of disease treatment can be improved,and the life span of breast cancer patients can be prolonged.
