经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究应用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术来治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2014年1月—2017年3月前来就诊的80例前列腺增生患者,患者均采取经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术进行治疗,观察患者术中情况,术后疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果患者所用到的手术时间为(63.77±17.9)min,放置导管时间为(4.1±1.5)d,手术过程中患者出血量为(120.3±80.7)m L,住院时间为(5.5±1.9)d,患者术后随访发现,其IPSS评分为由术前的(26.4±3.5)分降至(5.7±2.5)分,QOL评分为由术前的(5.1±0.4)分分降至(1.3±0.7)分,Qmax为由术前的(5.7±3.8)m L/s升高到(18.5±4.2)m L/s,RUV为由术前的(87.5±6.8)m L降至(8.3±5.1)m L,且患者术中切除的组织重量为(55.7±6.5)g,术后5~8 d即可拔除所放置的导管,在此期间均无电切综合症发生。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术对于治疗前列腺增生不仅临床疗效显著,同时安全性很高,值得临床推广。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar resection of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled in the hospital from January 2014 to March 2017.All patients underwent transurethral resection of prostate bipolar plateau for treatment.The patients’intraoperative status,postoperative efficacy and complication were observed.Results The time of operation was(63.77±17.9)min,the time of catheterization was(4.1±1.5)d,the amount of bleeding was(120.3±80.7)ml,the hospitalization time was(5.5±1.9)d,the frequency of IPSS was reduced from(26.4±3.5)pointto(5.7±2.5)points,QOL was reduced from(5.1±0.4)points to(1.3±0.7)points,Qmax from(5.7±3.8)mL/s to(18.5±4.2)mL/s,and RUV(87.5±6.8)mL decreaded to(8.3±5.1)mL.The weight of the resected tissue was(55.7±6.5)g,and the catheter was removed 5~8 days after operation.No electrical-cutting syndrome occurred during this period.Conclusion Transurethral bipolar resection of the prostate is not only effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,but also has high safety and worthy of clinical promotion.
