新泪然联合贝复舒治疗干眼症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析新泪然联合贝复舒治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的80例干眼症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,新泪然为对照组治疗药物,新泪然联合贝复舒为观察组患者的治疗药物,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%;两组患者治疗后的Schinmer试验结果、BUT、SAI、SRI均得到有效改善,并且观察组显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新泪然联合贝复舒治疗干眼症的临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of new tears combined with beibeifu in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Methods 80 patients with dry eye admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups.The new tears were the control group,and the new tears combined with befushu was the observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical observation in the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than that in the control group 75.0%.The Schinmer test results,BUT,SAI and SRI were significantly improved after treatment in both groups,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of new Tear combined with Beifushu for the treatment of dry eye is significant,which is worth promoting.
