安徽省医疗服务信息披露现状分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨安徽省医疗服务信息披露制度实施现状及存在的问题。方法:通过文献研究及对比分析方法,研究安徽省医疗服务信息披露指标体系变化及信息披露的完整性、时效性与可及性。结果:2015年指标体系增加多个关键指标,医疗服务信息披露体系更加完善。信息披露整体情况较好,患者满意度、中药饮片占比、大型医疗设备检查阳性率披露率较低,分别为70.04%、82.26%、83.55%。结论:信息披露制度较完善,部分指标披露完整性不足,披露及时性与可及性有待提高。建议完善披露制度,对披露率低的指标制定针对性办法,加强监管,并通过数据可视化等形式提高信息可及性,使医疗服务信息披露更具实际意义。Objective:To study the implementation status and problems of medical service information disclosure in Anhui Province.Methods:Literature research and comparative analysis method were applied to study the index system’s change status and the completeness,timeliness and accessibility of the information disclosed.Results:In 2015,the index system increased a number of key indicators,the medical service information disclosure system became more perfect.The information disclose rates of patient satisfaction,proportion of Chinese herbal medicine,positive rate of large medical equipment check were 70.04%,82.26%,83.55%respectively.Conclusion:The system of information disclosure is perfect,the completeness of some index disclosure is insufficient,and the timeliness and accessibility of disclosure need to be improved.It is suggested to perfect the disclosure system,make targeted measures for low disclosure index,strengthen monitoring,provide visualization data and make the information more accessible,and make medical service information disclosure more practical significance.
