Ⅰ型糖尿病同种异体胰岛移植技术临床应用与管理状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解我国Ⅰ型糖尿病同种胰岛移植技术的临床应用现状及医院内分泌科专家对该技术的有效性、安全性、经济性和社会伦理性的评价。方法:2017年2-3月对上海市和甘肃省5所三级甲等综合性医院进行机构问卷调查,5所医院各选择1名内分泌科专家进行关键知情者访谈和问卷调查。结果:调查的上海市和甘肃省公立医院均未开展同种异体胰岛技术的临床应用。Ⅰ型糖尿病同种胰岛移植技术的有效性、经济性和社会伦理性无明显优势。结论:严格限制Ⅰ型糖尿病同种异体胰岛移植技术的临床应用。Objective:To understand the clinical application status of human islet allo-transplantation for patients with T1DM(Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus)and the perception of endocrinologists on its effectiveness,safety,economy,social and ethical aspect in China.Methods:Data were collected from questionnaire survey of 5 tertiary public hospitals and interview and questionnaire survey of one endocrinologists from each of 5 hospitals in Shanghai City and Gansu Province from February to March of 2017.Results:None of the public hospitals in Shanghai City and Gansu Province applied human islet allo-transplantation for patients with T1DM.There was no significant advantage of human islet allo-transplantation’s effectiveness,economy and social ethics.Conclusion:Human islet allo-transplantation for patients with T1DM should be strictly limited in clinical application.
