摘　　要：分析科技创新资源公共服务需求,基于互联网思维教育理念,探索互联网+科技创新资源的整合模式,结合科技创新资源开放共享的实践,从推进管理机制改革、构建管理制度体系、强化管理队伍建设、优化管理创新服务等方面,阐述推进科技创新资源整合与共享机制创新举措,助力创新驱动发展。The public service demand for scientific and technological innovation resources is analyzed,and based on the idea of the Internet education,the integration mode of the Internet+scienctific and technological innovation is explored.In combination with the practice of opening and sharing of science and technology innovation resources,and from the aspects such as promoting the reform of the management mechanism,constructing the management system,strengthening the management team construction,optimizing the management innovation service,etc.,the innovation measures of promoting the integration and sharing mechanism of scienctific and technological innovation resources are expounded upon in order to promote the innovation-driven development.
