摘　　要：专利运营能耦合产业价值链、创新链与金融链,是激励创新成果产出、激活专利市场价值的有效机制。基于资源能力视角和扎根理论,通过多案例探析产业安全型专利运营模式及其内在市场规律,以系统论"要素-模块-结构"模型解析ISM-PO运行结构,可为未来理论建构及假设验证奠定基础,并为应对发达国家专利打压、扭转知识产权国际贸易逆差提供理论借鉴。Patent operation is an effective mechanism to stimulate the output of innovation results and activate the value of patent market.It can couple the"value chain"and the"innovation chain"with the"financial chain"in the Innovation Driven Industries.From the perspective of RBV and CBV,Industry Security Mode of Patent Operation is explored through a multiple cases study with Grounded Theory Approach and its′inherent market laws therewith.The system structure model of ISM-PO is constructed based on the System Theory with three level model of"Element-Module-Structure"and its operation mechanism is analyzed therefrom,so as to establish empirical solid foundation for the future research and theoretical hypotheses,and further to provide theoretical support to cope with the practice confusion of cracked-down on the market from developed countries and to reverse IP trade deficit in international market.
