摘  要:智能电网的一个显著特点是具有完备的自愈能力,但电网自愈的实现缺乏有效的控制方法。本文以图论为基础,分析了智能配电网中主要设备运行时功能的区别,在此基础上建立了配电网冗余资源网络结构模型,提出一种基于容错思想的智能配电网自愈控制方法,该方法根据配电网的运行状态,合理调用电网的冗余资源,并考虑了配电网中DG的作用,实现电网的容错运行及自愈控制。本文方法利用容错思想实现了对电网冗余资源的有效利用,可在不提高成本的基础上实现配电网的自愈控制,为智能配电网自愈的实施提供了一种新的方法。One of the most remarkable characteristics of smart grid is the ability of self-healing,but its realization is lack of effective control methods.Based on graph theory,this paper analyzes the difference of main equipment function in smart distribution grid,and builds a model of redundant resources construction along lines and presents a self-healing-control method of the smart distribution grid based on the thought of fault-tolerance.According to the different operating conditions,fault-tolerant operation and self-healing control on the grid will be realized through allocating the redundant and DG resources of the grid reasonably.This method possesses a capability of self-learning in the immune system and utilizing the redundant resources effectively at the same time.And it contributes to self-healing control implementation on the distribution grid with no cost enhancement.
