摘 要:针对高效功率变换器中磁心损耗难以测量的问题,本文提出了高频磁心损耗的新测量方法——比对量热法,分析了其基本原理、误差构成以及测量系统实现。通过引入脉宽调制控制的比对电阻作为参考热源,有效提高了测量精度并且改善了传统量热法测量过程的冗长繁琐。实验验证表明,比对量热法能精确测量小损耗角磁性元件的磁心损耗。Accurate core loss measurements of magnetic components operating at high frequencies are difficult.In this paper,a new method is presented to measure high frequency core loss which is called comparison calorimetry method.The principles,error composition and the measuring system are introduced.By using a comparison resistance which is controlled with pulse width modulation as a reference hot source,this method can effectively eliminate errors of traditional calorimetry,and improve measurement accuracy remarkably.The confirmatory experiment shows that the comparison calorimetry can be used to measure magnetic core loss of the magnetic elements with small loss angle.
