摘  要:目的:探讨微生态检测指标与宫颈上皮内瘤变之间的相关性。方法:分析2016年7月至2017年7月在西南医科大学附属医院妇科诊断为CIN患者(227例)及正常宫颈上皮患者(124例)的阴道分泌物检测结果,并将CIN患者分为三个亚组,根据白细胞酯酶(LE)、唾液酸酶(SNA)以及过氧化氢(H_2O_2)进行阴道微生态学评价,应用统计学方法比较对照组和CIN组之间微生态结果的关系。结果:CIN组与对照组间年龄比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.859,P=0.063)。对照组与CIN各亚组的微生态评价结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),而各CIN亚组组间两两比较,差异无统计学意义(F=4.351,P=0.128)。结论:阴道微生态失调与宫颈病变有密切关系,本文的研究结果为利用LE、SNA、H_2O_2进行阴道微生态环境评价结果指导临床工作提供研究证据。Objective:To investigate the correlation between microecological indices and cervical intraepitheli.al neoplasia(CIN).Methods:An analysis was performed on the vaginal secretions of 227 patients diagnosed with CIN and 124 patients with normal cervical epithelium in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017.The patients with CIN were divided into three subgroups.Vaginal microecological evaluation was performed based on leukocyte ester.ase(LE),sialidase(SNA),and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).Statistical methods were used to analyze the relationship be.tween microecological outcomes of the control group and the CIN group.Results:There was no significant differ.ence in age between the CIN group and the control group(Z=-1.859,P=0.063).There were significant differences in microecological outcomes between the control group and each CIN subgroup(all P<0.005),while no significant differences in microecological outcomes were found between any two CIN subgroups(F=4.351,P=0.128).Conclusion:Vaginal microecological imbalance is closely associated with cervical lesions.Our results provide evidence for using LE,SNA,and H2O2 based vaginal microecological assessment to guide clinical treatment.
