“T”型弹力绷带在经股动脉介入诊疗术后压迫止血中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨经股动脉介入诊疗术后2种止血方法的安全性、有效性和舒适性。方法:将2015年2~11月我科收治的经股动脉穿刺诊疗术后使用砂袋压迫止血的195例患者作为对照组,将2015年12月至2016年10月收治的经股动脉穿刺诊疗术后使用"T"型弹力压迫止血带止血的202例患者作为观察组。比较解除压迫止血后2组患者的并发症发生率及舒适度。结果:观察组患者使用"T"型弹力压迫止血带止血后穿刺处渗血、皮肤淤紫、血肿的发生率(分别为8.4%、6.9%、0.99%)均明显低于砂袋压迫组患者(分别为14.8%、18.9%、7.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的舒适度比较,无不适患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有不适患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"T"型弹力压迫止血带在经股动脉穿刺诊疗术后止血的有效性、安全性及舒适性高于砂袋压迫止血法,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the safety,efficacy,and patient comfort level of two hemostatic methods af?ter femoral artery catheterization.Methods:One hundred and ninety-five patients who used sand bags as the hemo?stasis pressure applicator after femoral artery catheterization in our department from February to November 2015,were assigned to control group,while 202 patients who used T-type elastic bandage after surgery from December 2015 to October 2016 were assigned to observation group.The incidence of complications after removal of hemosta?sis pressure devices and comfort level were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had significant lower incidence rates of oozing bleeding,bruising,and hematoma at the puncture site than the control group(8.4%vs 14.8%,P<0.05;6.9%vs 18.9%,P<0.05;0.99%vs 7.6%,P<0.05).The incidence of non-dis?comfort was significantly difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),while the inci?dence rates of moderate and severe discomfort were no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:T-type elastic bandage holds promise for hemostatic treatment after femoral artery catheterization due to its improved safety,efficacy,and patient comfort level compared with sand bags.
