摘  要:基于目前板材干燥厂拆垛设备少、生产率低的现状,设计了一种新型板材自动拆垛推垛机构,采用钢丝绳配合液压的方式推垛,与链传动式、液压传动式、丝杠传动式三种推垛方式在价格、结构方面进行分析对比后可知其具有较高的使用价值。基于Adams对四种推垛方式进行动力学分析,得出液压传动拆垛机构及链传动拆垛机构冲击力矩波动较大,且工作结束时有较大的冲击;丝杠传动拆垛机构冲击力矩波动较小,但丝杠传动拆垛机构在工作结束时也有较大的冲击;而钢丝绳配合液压传动机构冲击力矩波动较小,且工作初始及结束都无较大冲击。Based on the current situation of low drying and low production capacity of the plate drying plant,a new type of plate automatic unstacking and pushing stacks mechanism is designed,which is used to push the stack with the steel wire rope,and is con?nected with the chain drive type,the hydraulic transmission type and the screw drive.Three kinds of push-pile method in the price,structure analysis and comparison,get its higher use value.Based on Adams,the dynamic analysis of four kinds of push-pile meth?ods shows that the impact torque fluctuation of hydraulic transmission and dismantling mechanism and chain drive and dismantling mechanism is large,and there is a great impact at the end of the work.Torque fluctuation is small,but the screw drive stacking mech?anism at the end of the work also have a greater impact,wire rope with hydraulic drive mechanism impact torque fluctuations,and the initial and end of the work are no greater impact.
