摘 要:传统舞台吊杆设备多采用定速控制,在运行过程中存在很大的运动惯性和机械延时,这些因素影响调速吊杆的定位精度。演出过程中吊杆快速启停,钢丝绳受力突变,对设备造成冲击,影响吊杆的平稳性和高精度定位。该文介绍了在"Ethernet+PROFIBUS–DP"双层网络通讯下,采用"上位工控机(IPC)+可编程控制器(PLC)+变频器+交流电机"的控制模式组成七段式变频调速的位置和速度双闭环控制系统。工程实践表明,该方法获得了理想的调速效果,提高了吊杆定位精度,实现了零速制动。Traditional stage boom equipment is adopting cruise control,which is caused by the process of the speed boom running easy to be affected by movement of inertia and mechanical delays.When performance is going on,booms need quick start or stop that causes sudden change of pulling force value of wire rope which is easy to cause destruction for equipment.There is a marked difference on stability of boom and high accuracy positioning.The experimental that using“IPC+PLC+frequency converter+AC motor”by seven-phase frequency control of the position and speed double-closed-loop control system realize boom control which is applied on Ethernet+PROFIBUS–DP double layer network communication.Engineering practice shows that the method obtains the ideal speed control performance,improves the boom’s positioning accuracy,and also achieves zero speed braking.
