摘 要:星载电源控制设备一般由分流器(SR)、放电调节器(BDR)和充电调节器(BCR)三部分组成。为了减小电源控制设备的质量和体积,文章提出了一种将放电调节器和充电调节器合二为一的设计方案。分析了一种双向耦合电感型升降压电路工作原理,给出了主功率电路的平均模型,推导出了该变换器双向工作的传递函数,为校正补偿网络设计提供了理论依据。经Psim软件仿真分析,并搭建原理样机进行了试验验证,结果表明:该变换器双向工作稳定,可以实现蓄电池组充放电功能。该方案减轻了电源控制设备的质量,降低了研制成本,可为后续卫星电源控制设备设计提供参考。Power control units for satellite is generally composed of shunt regulator(SR)battery discharge regulator(BDR)and battery charge regulator(BCR).In order to reduce the size and weight of the power control unit,a new design which combines the battery discharge regulator and charge regulator into one regulator is proposed.A bi-directional boost-buck converter with coupled inductor is analyzed in this paper.The average model of main circuit is presented,with the help of which,the control to output transfer function is given,and based on which the compensated regulator can be designed easily.With the help of power simulation software,the simulate model is presented and the principle prototype is given.The simulation and experiment results show that the converter can work stably and achieve the battery charge and discharge function.With the design,the weight and the cost of the power control unit can be reduced.The scheme proposed in this paper can provide reference for the power control unit design of the other following satellites.
