摘　　要：基于房地产市场火爆的现状,分析了现有房地产管理系统存在的问题。研究了商业智能技术与之结合对监督房地产市场起到的作用,以及应用前景。并以某市房地产市场数据为例,对技术应用进行了补充解释。Based on the current status of the real estate market,it analyzes the problems on current real estate management system.It researches the function of the combination of business intelligence technology and real estate management system to supervise real estate market,and the application prospects.The technology application is explained based on the example of the real estate market data of a certain city.
