摘  要:基于Comsol multiphysics5.0软件对连续/脉冲复合激光光束辐照铝靶材的热作用特性进行了仿真计算,得到了脉冲激光相对连续激光辐照之间的时间延时对连续/脉冲复合激光作用铝靶材的温度时间演化影响。研究结果表明,相对延时0.4s的连续/脉冲复合激光作用条件下,铝靶材表面温度最高达到1932K,熔化深度和熔池半径最大分别为828mm和1.66mm。在相同激光聚焦条件下,达到相同温度和熔化深度,连续/脉冲复合激光需要的激光总能量均低于单一连续激光作用能量。研究结果对连续/脉冲复合激光用于提高激光加工效率具有重要意义。The thermal properties of aluminum target irradiated by combined continuous and pulsed laser beam(combined CW/Pulsed laser beam)were simulated based on Comsol multiphysics5.0 software,and the temperature time evolution and phase transition process of aluminum target were affected by delay time between continuous and pulsed laser beam.The simulation results show that the surface temperature of aluminum target is up to 1932K,the maximum melt depth and the radius of molten pool are 828mm and 1.66mm respectively,under the conditions of irradiated time of 1s with delay time of 0.4s.The required Laser power of combined continuous and pulsed laser beam is lower than that of single continuous laser to get the same temperature and melting depth under the same laser focusing conditions.The physical reason is that the continuous laser power deposited into the target is increased due to the pulsed laser effect.The research results are of great significance to the improvement of laser processing efficiency by using combined continuous and pulsed laser beam.
