摘  要:迭代型相位恢复作为一种新型的计算成像方法,已成功应用于X射线成像、像差校正、可量化的相位成像以及超分辨成像等各个领域。利用互补的结构照明模式实现相位恢复的紧支撑约束,并据此设计了改进型的多距离相位恢复算法。通过数值仿真分析,基于结构照明约束的多距离相位恢复算法实现了振幅型物体和相位型物体的图像重构。而且,改进算法提高了多距离相位恢复的收敛速度,解决了其收敛迟滞、收敛不稳定的问题,这将对相位恢复在生物成像的应用提供可靠的理论指导。Iterative phase retrieval,as a new computational imaging method,has been successful to be applied in X-ray imaging,aberration correction,quantitative phase imaging and super resolution.In this paper,we introduce structured illumination in multi-distance phase retrieval to achieve pattern constraint.In simulation,it is proved that multi-distance phase retrieval based on pattern constraint is capable of reconstructing both amplitude-only and phase-only sample.Also,our improved method actually enhances the convergence speed and the stability of multi-distance phase retrieval,which theoretically expands this method in the application of biological imaging.
