摘  要:文章研究了基于MSP430的无线压力变送器设计。无线压力变送器的特点是低成本和低功耗,在硬件的选择和软件的设计上也重点突出了低功耗的思想。硬件上采用的是MSP430低功耗芯片和低功耗数字放大器,通信上采用的是Zig Bee无线通信模块。软件设计上采用间歇式工作模式,非采样期间只有显示器工作,并且有效地缩短了A/D转换的时间,从而降低了系统的功耗,整个系统通过锂电池供电,可以工作较长的时间。This paper studies the design of wireless pressure transmitter based on the MSP430.How to control the power consumption and cost of the digital wireless transmitter is the main consideration of the design.The goal is fulfilled through using design technique in both hardware and software.With regards to the hardware selection,MSP430 series ultra low power microcontroller,low power consumption amplifier and LCD module,ZigBee wireless conversion module are chosen to build the system.As for the software design,using of intermissive working mode(During the non-sampling period only the LCD module and the voltage regulator are active,the microcontroller and the external memory module are working in low power mode,the power supply of the sensor and amplifier is cut off),shortening the special slope A/D conversion time are some of the measures applied to minimize the power consumption of the system.The gauge can operate for a long time.
