摘　　要：目的分析癌症患者疾病获益感对自我管理效能感的影响,为医护人员制订提高癌症患者疾病获益感及自我管理效能感的策略提供理论依据。方法应用一般资料调查问卷、中文调适版癌症患者疾病获益感量表和中文版癌症患者自我管理效能感量表对362例癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果癌症患者疾病获益感与自我管理效能感均处于中等水平,疾病获益感与自我管理效能感呈显著正相关(P<0.01),其中个人成长、社会关系和健康行为是影响自我管理效能感的重要因素。结论癌症患者自我管理效能感处于中等水平,护理人员及管理者应重视并提高癌症患者疾病获益感水平,从而增强其自我管理效能感。Objective To investigate the influence of disease benefit finding on self-care efficacy in cancer patients,and provide the theoretical basis for the medical staff to improve disease benefit finding and self-care efficacy of cancer patients.Methods Totally,362 cancer patients were surveyed by using general information questionnaire,Benefit Finding Scale for Adults(BFS-A)and Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH).Results The level of cancer patients'disease benefit finding and self-care efficacy were in the medium,disease benefit finding and self-care efficacy were positively related(P<0.01),personal growth,social relationship and health behavior were the important influencing factors of self-care efficacy.Conclusion Cancer patients'self-care efficacy in the medium level,nursing staff and managers should pay attention to and improve cancer patients'disease benefit,so as to enhance their self-care efficacy.
