摘　　要：针对城市纯电动公交车技术性能准入标准现存问题,提出以用户为中心、以需求为导向原则的城市纯电动公交车技术性能准入指标体系.针对城市纯电动公交车辆在城市公交领域运营过程中技术性能方面存在的诸多问题,提出公交企业的实际运营需求;从运营效率、可靠性、安全性、经济性和售后保障5个方面构建城市纯电动公交车技术性能准入指标体系.旨在从用户需求出发,为城市纯电动公交车技术性能准入标准的深入研究提供依据.Considering the actual conditions,this article reflects the problems of the technical performance access standards of urban pure electric bus.It puts forward a couple of guiding principles:user centered and problem-oriented.Based on the problems in the technical performance of urban pure electric buses in the process of urban transit,this paper brings up the bus companies operation demand.Setting up technical performance access index system of urban pure electric buses from five aspects:operational efficiency,reliability,safety,economy and after-sales protection.Every effort has been made to ensure that access standards from the perspective of the users,this paper builds a sound foundation for the development of the technical performance access standards of urban pure electric bus.
