乳腺癌患者术后艺术心理治疗的作用

摘　　要：目的探索应用艺术心理治疗对乳腺癌患者术后进行干预的效果,初步评估艺术治疗对潜在的焦虑或抑郁状态的改善作用。方法根据21基因检测结果,需要并接受乳腺癌改良根治术后辅助化疗的患者中,共29例接受了艺术心理干预,其中11例接受并完成艺术治疗的患者为规律治疗组,未完成艺术治疗的18例患者为不规律治疗组,评估艺术治疗心理干预的效果。结果规律治疗组与不规律治疗组的RS评分结果比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);规律治疗组与不规律治疗组的RS评分结果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,规律治疗组SAS及SDS评分均显著降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。末次化疗周期结束后,规律治疗组与对照组患者的ECOG、KPS评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论对21基因检测为早期乳腺癌、术后需接受辅助化疗的患者进行以艺术辅导为主要形式的心理干预,可明显改善患者的生活质量,是今后抗肿瘤治疗的重要方向。Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of applying art psychotherapy in intervention of postoperative breast cancer patient,to preliminarily assess the effect of art therapy in the improvement of potential anxiety or depression.Methods Based on 21 gene test results,in patients who need and underwent adjuvant chemotherapy after modified radical mastectomy,29 cases were given art psychological intervention,in which,11 cases who accepted and completed the art therapy were selected as regular treatment group,and another 18 cases were set as irregular treatment group.Effects of art therapy psychological interventions were assessed.Results There was no significant difference in the RS scores between the regular treatment group and the irregular treatment group(P>0.05).The RS scores in the regular treatment group and the irregular treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the regular treatment group significantly decreased,and which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the end of the last chemotherapy cycle,there was no significant difference between the ECOG and KPS scores in the regular treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on art therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients who detected as early breast cancer by 21 gene test and need postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,which is an important direction in anti-cancer treatment in the future.
