负压封闭引流技术在游离皮片移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在游离皮片移植中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的56例皮肤缺损患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组28例,试验组采用负压封闭引流技术固定游离皮片,对照组采用传统打包包扎固定游离皮片,对比观察两组患者首次换药皮片成活率、术后换药次数、术后住院时间。结果试验组患者术后首次换药皮片成活率高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组患者术后换药次数少于对照组(P<0.01);试验组患者术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论负压封闭引流技术应用于游离皮片移植,可有效提高首次换药皮片成活率,减少术后换药次数和缩短术后住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of vacuum-assisted closure(VAC)in the skin-grafting surgery.Methods A total of 56 patients suffered from skin defect admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group was fixed free skin graft with VAC,while the control group was fixed free skin graft with traditional packing pressure.The survival rate of skin graft at the initial dressing change,dressing changes times after operation,postoperative hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The survival rate of skin graft at the initial dressing change in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the dressing changes times after operation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01),the postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion VAC in the skin-grafting surgery can improve the survival rate of skin grafting at the initial dressing change,reduce dressing changes times after operation,and shorten the postoperative hospital stays.
