手外伤行带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣整形术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手外伤患者行带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣整形术后的治疗效果。方法抽取2016年6月至2017年6月我院收治的68例手外伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组患者给予带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣整形术,对照组患者给予常规治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和对比。结果观察组患者皮瓣成活率为100.00%,对照组患者皮瓣成活率为79.41%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组皮瓣愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣整形术应用于对手外伤患者的治疗,能够有效提高患者的皮瓣成活率和生活质量,有利于促进患者的康复,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the effect of pedicled ilioinguinal flap plastic surgery in hand trauma patients.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,68 cases of patients with hand trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given pedicled ilioinguinal flap in plastic surgery,the control group was given routine treatment.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The survival rate of flap was 100.00%in the observation group and 79.41%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The healing time of the skin flap in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pedicled ilioinguinal flap plastic surgery in hand trauma can effectively improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
