陶瓷股骨头置换术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察陶瓷股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法将本院2010年1月至2016年1月收治的87例老年股骨颈骨折患者按治疗方法分为观察组(行陶瓷股骨头置换术,60例)和对照组[行动力螺钉内固定术(DHS)治疗,27例],比较两组的疗效。结果术后1、3、5年,观察组髋关节Harris评分优良率分别为93.33%、85.00%、81.67%,对照组分别为88.89%、70.37%、59.26%,观察组术后3、5年的髋关节Harris评分优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用陶瓷股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨头部骨折具有疗效显著、关节功能恢复好等优点。Objective To observe the curative effect of ceramic femoral head replacement on elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods Eighty-seven elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(cervical femoral head replacement,60 cases)and control group[dynamic screw fixation(DHS)treatment,27 cases],then the efficacy were compared.Results At 1,3,and 5 years after surgery,the excellent and good rate of Harris hip scores in the observation group were 93.33%,85.00%,81.67%respectively;the control group was 88.89%,70.37%,59.26%respectively.The excellent and good rate of hip joint Harris score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 and 5 years after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ceramic femoral head replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral head fracture has the advantages of significant curative effect and good recovery of joint function.
