中医护理干预对ERCP术后胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预对ERCP术后胰腺炎(PEP)或高淀粉酶血症的影响。方法选取104例行ERCP诊治的患者,随机分为常规护理组和中医护理组,各52例,分别给予常规护理干预和中医护理干预。观察比较术后PEP或高淀粉酶血症发生情况及患者对护理的满意度。结果护理干预后,中医护理组PEP及高淀粉酶血症的发生率显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),中医护理组首次排气时间显著早于常规护理组(P<0.05),中医护理组患者满意度显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可以显著降低PEP及高淀粉酶血症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,值得进一步总结并推广。Objective To investigate the TCM nursing intervention on post endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)pancreatitis(PEP)and hyperamylasemia.Methods A total of 104 cases of diagnosis and treatment of ERCP patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and TCMnursing group,with 52 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine nursing intervention and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention respectively.The incidence of PEP or hyperamylase after operation and the patients'satisfaction with nursing were observed and compared.Results After nursing intervention,the incidence of PEP and hyperamylasemia in the TCMnursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time of the TCM nursing group was significantly earlier than that of the rountine nursing group(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction of the TCM nursing group was significantly higher than that of the rountine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCMnursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence rate of PEP and hyperamylase,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further generalization and promotion.
