摘　　要：针对传统胶球清洗技术清洗凝汽器冷却管时存在胶球分布不均、除垢效果不理想以及堵塞换热管等问题,本文将传统胶球清洗装置与凝汽器冷却管精确定位装置结合,提出靶向投球胶球清洗技术。该技术通过精确定位和提高投球时的压力和流量,解决了胶球分布不均和除垢效果不佳的问题。实际应用结果表明:靶向投球胶球清洗技术大幅度提升并保持凝汽器运行清洁系数,具有精确、高效、智能控制等特点;提高了凝汽器的换热效率,降低了机组能耗,实现了节能减排的目的,是一种智能高效的节能减排新技术。The problems of uneven distribution of rubber ball,poor descaling effect and blockage of heat transfer tube have occurred when the traditional rubber ball cleaning technology was used to clean the cooling tube of condenser.This study combines the traditional rubber ball cleaning device with the precise location device of the condenser cooling tube,and puts forward the cleaning technology of the target pitch rubber ball.Through the precise location and improving the pressure and the flow when rubber ball is pitched,this technology solves the problems of uneven distribution of rubber ball and poor descaling effect.The results of practical application show that the technology of target pitch rubber ball cleaning drastically improves and keeps cleanliness factor of condenser operation,which has accurate,efficient and intelligent characteristics.Besides,this technology improves heat transfer efficiency of condenser and reduces unit's energy consumption,which achieves the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.This technology is a smart and efficient technology of energy saving and emission reduction.
