摘　　要：目的:探讨稽留流产患者绒毛组织及血清中miR-518b的表达及其意义。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)方法检测30例稽留流产患者(观察组)及30例早孕人工流产患者(对照组)绒毛组织及血清中miR-518的表达量。结果:观察组患者绒毛组织及血清中miR-518b的表达量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:miR-518b在稽留流产患者绒毛及血清中的表达升高,可能与稽留流产的发病相关。Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA518b(miR-518b)in villous tissues and ser-um of patients with missed abortion and its clinical significance.Methods:Villous tissues and serum samples from 30 cases of missed abortion and 30 cases of early pregnancy abortion were collected.The expression of miR-518b was determined by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR).Results:The expression level of miR-518b in villous tissues and serum of patients with missed abortion was significantly increased,com-pared with the controls(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Upregulation of miR-518b expression in villous tissues and serum might be associated with the occurrence of missed abortion.
