“一带一路”倡议下云南松茸出口贸易问题探究

摘　　要：2013年中国国家主席习近平在出访中亚和东南亚国家期间先后提出建设"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的重大倡议,简称"一带一路"倡议。云南作为我国"一带一路"倡议对外开放的前沿与窗口,拥有独特的地理位置,是"一带一路"建设中沟通南亚、东南亚国家的通道枢纽。松茸作为我国云南省高原特色林下农产品的主要出口种类之一,其出口贸易受"一带一路"倡议的影响是不容忽视的。目前云南作为全国鲜松茸出口最大的省份,出口到日本、新加坡、韩国、泰国等多个国家。本文在"一带一路"背景下研究云南松茸的发展现状和出口情况,提出具有时代意义的措施,以实现云南松茸出口贸易的可持续发展。In 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward"The Belt and Road"strategy during his visits to Central Asia and Southeast Asian countries.As the frontier and opening window of China's"The Belt and Road"strategy,Yunnan has a unique geographical location and is a gateway to the South Asian and Southeast Asian countries in the construction of the"The Belt and Road".Tricholoma Matsutake as one of the major export species of plateau features and forest products in Yunnan Province,the influence of"The Belt and Road"strategy on its export trade can not be ignored.At present,the Tricholoma Matsutake in Yunnan,which is the largest province of fresh pine furrow exports in China,is exported to Japan,Singapore,South Korea,Thailand and other countries.This paper studies the development status and export status of Tricholoma Matsutake in the context of the"The Belt and Road",and puts forward measures in order to realize the sustainable development of export trade of Tricholoma Matsutake.
