摘　　要：本文以虾峙门航道维护工程为例,从施工组织、施工管理等方面着手,介绍了工程的施工方法及工艺、质量分析、施工设备与质量控制,指出了施工过程中遇到的问题,可供类似工程借鉴。Taking the maintenance course of Xiazhimen channel as an example,this article starts from aspects of construction organization,construction management,etc.,introduces the construction method and process,quality analysis,construction equipment and quality control,and points out the problems encountered in the construction process,which can provide reference for similar projects.
