摘　　要：随着互联网和信息技术的飞速发展和深入应用,我国的社会结构和运行模式发生了深刻的变化。企业经历了剧烈的变革。人们的生活节奏正在加快。信息越来越丰富,网络化和虚拟化。信息社会产生了大量的数据和信息,推动了大数据时代的来临,促使社会经济生活不断向智能化方向演进。在大数据时代和行政体制改革时期,政府管理面临巨大挑战。尽管中国电子政务渗透到经济社会各个领域,成为政府管理不可或缺的手段,但仍存在应用不足,整体性不足,支撑能力薄弱等问题。另一方面,大数据时代的社会主体,政府管理也不断提出新的多元化的要求。政府管理要适应变化的社会现实,适应时代潮流,充分利用大数据等新技术和新方法进行管理创新,构建高效,便捷,智能的政府管理模式。这是政府实现政府现代化的必由之路。With the rapid development and deep application of the Internet and information technology,profound changes have taken place in China's social structure and operating model.Enterprises have undergone dramatic changes.People's pace of life is accelerating.Information is more and more abundant,networked and virtualized.The information society has produced a large amount of data and information,which has promoted the advent of the era of big data and promoted the gradual progress of social and economic life in the direction of intelligence.In the era of big data and administrative system reform,government management faces enormous challenges.Although China's e-government has infiltrated into all areas of the economy and society and has become an indispensable means of government management,it still has problems of insufficient application,lack of integrity,and weak support capabilities.On the other hand,the social subjects in the era of big data,government management also constantly put forward new requirements for diversification.Government management must adapt to changing social realities,adapt to the trend of the times,make full use of new technologies and new methods such as big data to manage innovation,and build an efficient,convenient,and intelligent government management model.This is the only way for the government to modernize the government.
